I have found some abandoned property, can I take it?
I live in a college apartment complex where people throw out furniture all the time, sometimes just in the grass. There has been a nice video game chair sitting there for 3 days out in the elements. Can I take this item? it is not in an area designated by any particular apartment, kind of a common area
