Is their a way to use a USB hard drive to save Games saves and stuff to my Xbox 360?

I have seen some of my friends do it and I seen it on youtube but I dont know how to do it they never give good instructions they show that they have no hard drive and they got like a billion saves on it like games save Marketplace downloads and a whole bunch just on a USB hard drive and on top of that they also mod their games i just want it for memory space because I have an Xbox360 Arcade I have a Lexar 4GB Hard drive USB can anyone help me use this as a storge device becuase the xbox does not read it as a stroage device can anyone help maybe format it or something to reads it? it reads like the movies that i have on here or music but I want to save my game saves on here just like they did in the youtube video he showed thaqt he did not have a Hard Drive on his xbox360 an show all of his game saves and his marketplace downloads and games he bought and i want to do this instead of wasting $80 on a 20gb hard drive can anyone please help me?

It’s not legally possible. The way you are talking about is illegal. You cannot ask that here and we cannot tell you how to do it. You cannot connect to Live if you do this to your 360 or else you will be banned and so will your console.
