I’m looking for the name of a 90s arcade driving/racing game. It was top down, 4 play, could powerup your car?

The game was a top down cabinet. Not cocktail style. Each side and had a wheel/petals and you played standing. You raced and could power up your car after the race. I don’t remember much more than that.
