Play Arcade Games Now
If My Xbox360 breaks, and I have XBL arcade Games on the hard drive.. How do I use them again?
I bought a new Xbox 360 recently because my old one broke. I had two XBL arcade games on the hard drive and saved the hard drive and put it on my new Xbox. The two XBL arcade games I had now reverted to the trial version and I can’t play them any longer unless I am signed into Xbox Live. Do I have to sign into Xbox Live to play these games now? Is there a way around this?
All Xboxs have an internal code, and this code is for downloaded content. So since you have a new Xbox you have a new code. So anything you downloaded previously will not be on there. Now to get this back you can simply go back and redownload it for free. or you can go to www.xbox.com and get a transfer either work. So to answer your second question yes you will need to log in to XBL, and there is no way around it.
